The garden has been cleaned up considerably and we've built a plunge pool in the back. Not sure what a plunge pool is? Well, it's just a pool to sit in and cool off, not to swim in. It's nestled up against the stone walls and has a nice wide bench. Dogs love it too!

BEAUTIFUL Colonial, even in its original state... My son and I have been looking into Merida as a potential 'new home/life' for me, and soon, as the climate where I currently live is not good for my soul OR health, and if I could I would BE THERE tomorrow! This house, and back garden, are just the kind of Yucatan 'cottage' I'd be interested in... Want to trade for a 2 story vintage Folk VIctorian in the middle of Illinois?
